Description:
CPE Hour: 1
Synopsis
In today’s NAVI world, one that is nonlinear, accelerated, volatile, and interconnected, audit and risk professionals can no longer confine themselves to traditional assurance and compliance roles. Internal audit and risk functions must evolve from reactive guardians of control to strategic partners who help organisations anticipate disruption, seize opportunities, and build resilience. Leading organisations are embracing a new paradigm - becoming risk strategists who embed risk insight into strategic decision-making, anticipate disruptions, and guide the organisation to resilience and value creation.
This webinar explores how audit and risk professionals can reposition themselves as risk strategists - advisors who connect risk, resilience, and strategy to enable intelligent risk-taking and sustainable performance. Drawing on EY’s global insights, we will discuss how to navigate uncertainty with agility, embed strategic foresight into assurance work, and leverage data, technology, and curiosity to stay ahead of change.
