Quek Ying Fang Internal Auditor Portcullis Group
Ying Fang is an internal auditor in a wealth management group, specialising in regulatory compliance audits. She has 11 years of experience in external audit, accounting and internal audit. She is happy to share her experience participating in the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for internal auditors. Through the CCP, she gained valuable technical knowledge and experience, easing her return to the workforce after a long career break.

Sia Hui Ling Internal Auditor (Financial and Systems Department) Housing Development Board (HDB)
Hui Ling is an Accounting and Finance graduate who began her career as an external auditor with KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms. During her time there, she gained extensive experience auditing financial services clients, including insurance companies, banks, and hedge funds.
With a strong foundation in financial audits, Hui Ling expanded her expertise by developing advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau. This technical proficiency sparked her interest in internal audit, where she saw an opportunity to go beyond traditional financial review and leverage data analytics to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential risks.
As an internal auditor, Hui Ling is passionate about combining her analytical mindset with her auditing background. She brings a fresh perspective to every project—spotting process gaps, uncovering hidden insights through data analysis, and delivering meaningful audit findings that might otherwise go unnoticed. Her ability to bridge finance and technology allows her to add value beyond compliance, contributing to stronger controls and smarter decision-making within organizations.

Alvin Tee Head of Risk Consulting and Chief Sustainability Officer PKF
Alvin Tee is the Head of Risk Consulting and Chief Sustainability Officer at PKF-CAP with 15+ years of GRC leadership experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Adelaide (2002) and Doctor of Business Administration at University of Wales Trinity Saint David (2018–2023). Alvin has helped multinationals develop Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) strategies across Asia-Pacific, including resolving NYSE compliance crises that led to statutory audit appointments. A former Big Four leader, he drove diversity initiatives and digital trust programs. Alvin is a member of IIA Singapore, ICAEW, CPA Australia, ISACA, ACFE, and CIMA.
