Synopsis
As Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) moves from policy statements to measurable outcomes, internal audit is increasingly expected to provide meaningful challenge and reliable assurance.
This InsightXchange session provides an interactive forum and networking session for internal auditors seeking to move beyond foundational ESG knowledge and translate learning into practical, value-adding audit insight. It is designed for practitioners who have already embarked on ESG assurance work or attended ESG-related courses and are ready to deepen their impact.

Alexchandar Anbalagan is a sustainability-focused internal audit and strategy leader with over 20 years of global experience across Fortune® 500 companies, FTSE® 100 firms, startups, and Big Four consultancies including Rolls-Royce, Chubb, ZALORA, and KPMG.
He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at TEASK, a company advancing clean energy solutions through mobile charging stations for electric micro-mobility.
Alexchandar is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and ACCA member, and holds the IFRS Sustainability (ISSB) FSA Credential and is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional. He also holds an MSc in Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Laws, enabling a multidisciplinary perspective across finance, law, and ESG.
His personal mission is to build capability, foresight, and strategic action - equipping professionals to confidently embed ESG into assurance, strategy, and business decision-making.

Terms and Conditions:
- Registration is on a first-come-first-served-basis.
- Only online registrations are accepted. All registrations must "Proceed to Payment" to complete registration. Upon completion of successful registration, you should receive an auto-generated registration confirmation via email.
- No refund will be made for any cancellations made after successful registration or non-attendance on the actual date. A substitution (of the same membership category) is allowed at no additional charge, if advised in writing.
- IIA Singapore reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if the minimum class size is not met.
- A reminder will be sent 1 day prior to the event.
