As AI becomes increasingly embedded in core decision-making and operating models, governance and risk professionals, alongside internal auditors, play a crucial role in shaping decision-making, managing risks, and driving value in AI adoption.
IIA Singapore, in partnership with KPMG in Singapore, has developed a practical AI implementation playbook. Designed through a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) lens, this playbook guides organisations across the AI journey, from early adoption to scaling, risk governance and long-term sustainability with AI, including how internal auditors contribute within the three lines model to enhance risk management, governance, and organisational resilience.
This session explores "The Agentic Opportunity: Governing AI for Trust, Integrity and Impact".
