Description:
CPE Hour: 1
Synopsis
The role of internal audit is to evaluate the governance, controls and processes supporting organisational accountability. This webinar equips internal auditors to assess the checks and balances underpinning how impact is measured, validated and communicated, and recommend structures that strengthen the credibility of impact reporting.
The one-hour session will begin with an introduction to impact reporting and its growing relevance to organisations, before examining common challenges in defining, measuring and substantiating impact. Participants will then explore the governance structures, processes and controls that can strengthen impact reporting, the role internal audit can play in evaluating these mechanisms, and practical considerations for recommending improvements.
