The professional Audit role relies heavily on information, to look, listen, clarify, question, and report. Yet access to that information is often not a friction-free process. It’s interpersonal, and relies on the establishment of relationships, the building of trust, and, the creation of rapport.

Come along and start building personal networking capabilities that will contribute positively to how you perform the audit function. Relationships take time to build, so waiting to add as a check-box on the Audit Plan, might just be a bit too late.

This is a communications & networking skills workshop that develops your ability to
* Connect, communicate and hold relaxed conversation
* Communicate purposefully as you develop business relationships
* Incorporate networking skills into your working day, in assured ways
* Feel more comfortable when connecting, and communicating, with others

This is an engaging soft-skills workshop. It is delivered over one full day, and facilitated in a highly experiential manner. Participants should expect short presentations, active practise, group discussions, as well as reflection, as they cover the following areas

* Grasping the power of non-verbal communications
* Holding conversation using questioning and listening skills
* Paying attention and building rapport to strengthen conversation
* Appreciating the processes, skills and techniques involved in networking
* Understanding the importance of building relationships with important stakeholders 
* Practising skills in a variety of ways that are designed to boost both comfort & confidence
