As part of the ongoing process to review the Standards at least once every three years and to incorporate new mandatory guidance (i.e., Core Principles), The International Internal Audit Standards Board (Standards Board) has proposed changes to the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards). The Standards Board has issued proposed changes in its exposure draft for comment before 30 April 2016.

In this session, you will learn the overview of proposed changes to the Standards as well as the exposure draft comment process. We invite you to join us in this session so that you may get a clearer picture before providing your feedback. You play a critical role in ensuring the proposed Standards sufficiently support the demands of the profession, its practitioners, and your stakeholders.
