Consultation Clinic for Charities

IIA Singapore, through its members volunteers, is conducting a monthly walk-in consultation service to assist charities on questions or matters relating to internal controls, risk management and internal audit. 

If the issue pertains to the interpretation of the Code of Governance for Charities and Institutions of a Public Character or other charities regulations, subject to the agreement of the charity, IIA Singapore will email the questions raised to the Charities Unit for their assistance. The consultation service does not address issues relating to statutory audits or financial statements.

Consultation service sessions will be held virtually, or in-person at Temasek Shophouse (28 Orchard Road Singapore 238832), on the last Friday of each month from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Please complete the form to register for the consultation service at least one week prior to the selected consultation date.

Terms and Conditions

• The applicant must complete all fields in the online registration form.
• The consultation is limited to 30 minutes per session. Applicants are encouraged to submit the online application early as allocation for the date/time slot will be on a first-come-first served basis.   
• Confirmation of the clinic session’s date and time will be sent via email to the charity by IIA Singapore at least three working days prior to the consultation.
• Please call IIA Singapore at least one day in advance if you are unable to attend the session.

The volunteer advisors are bound not to act and/or provide any further assistance to attendees of the consultation service session(s).

Exclusion of IIA Singapore’s liability
IIA Singapore shall not be liable for any person attending or participating in the consultation services session(s) organised by IIA Singapore held at the venue for any personal injury, loss of life, damage to property, liability or claim liability, expenses, fines, penalties or goods whether occasioned at the facilities or otherwise.
