Annual Conference 2018
Held from 18 to 19 October 2018 and with the theme of “Powering Up Internal Audit for the Future”, the Annual Conference was a good platform for global internal audit leaders, practitioners and technical experts to discuss the current trends and leading practices to push on with the transformation of the internal audit function in a digital world as businesses navigate and seize opportunities in today’s dynamic business landscape. Guest-of-Honour, Mr Tham Sai Choy, First Vice-Chairman of Singapore Institute of Directors, spoke about the crucial role that internal audit plays in promoting good corporate governance in today’s dynamic business landscape and encouraged all internal audit executives and leaders to continually challenge and reinvent themselves to successfully disrupt and adapt in a VUCA world and be trusted advisors in their organisations.
