Diligent Connections

In the fast-paced world of internal audit and risk management, staying ahead of the curve is paramount. IIA Singapore Governor, Jennifer Ong, participated in a panel discussion on a subject that's at the core of our profession: "Audit committee and leadership reporting: Using data to gain important insights" at Diligent Connections on 13 October 2023 at Andaz Singapore.

The discussion was moderated by Dusk Lim, Head of Enterprise Business at Diligent, and provided a platform for sharing insights into the ever-evolving landscape of internal audit, audit committees, and leadership reporting. In a world where every company's audit committee seeks unique insights, our panel of audit leaders delved into what drives their committees and how they leverage technology to deliver these critical insights. The knowledge shared during this discussion is invaluable for internal audit and governance, risk and control (GRC) professionals striving to meet the expectations of their audit committees and harness the potential of technological advancements.

With close to 200 attendees, including members of IIA Singapore, the event created a vibrant atmosphere for knowledge sharing and networking. We had the opportunity to host our booth at the event, allowing us to engage with participants, promote IIA Singapore membership and professional development programmes.
