Whee Ki highlighted that minutes serve as a concise record of a meeting, underlining the main points of discussion, attendees' contributions, actions and agreements, deadlines for completion, and assigned responsibilities. They go beyond a verbatim transcript, capturing key information for reference and accountability.

During the webinar, Whee Ki provided the definition of meeting minutes, emphasising the vital role in capturing essential aspects of meetings. Participants gained insights into the different types of minutes, including formal and informal. She also shared writing advice and practical tips and techniques to improve the quality and effectiveness of minute-writing efforts.
