New Member's Networking Night
IIA Singapore organised a new members’ networking event on 25 May 2023, in celebration of the International Internal Audit Awareness Month. The event aimed to bring together professionals in the industry, facilitating meaningful connections and opportunities for knowledge exchange.
In his welcome address, Koh Chin Beng, President of IIA Singapore, emphasised the importance of familiarising oneself with the proposed new Global Internal Audit Standards. He encouraged attendees to delve into the details of the Standards and contribute their valuable feedback.
The networking event provided an excellent platform for participants to engage with like-minded professionals, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and idea exchange. The feedback received from members who attended the event was positive. One member shared, "Thanks for planning such a great event!"
