Catholic Junior College Career Fair
On 15 July 2025, IIA Singapore participated in Catholic Junior College’s (CJC) Career Fair, an event that brought together organisations from across the accounting ecosystem to raise awareness of professional pathways among pre-university students. IIA Singapore was joined by representatives from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and the Tax Academy of Singapore.
Representing IIA Singapore were Ng Sze Min and Lynnette Yong from the Membership & Certification team, who engaged students in conversations explaining how internal audit supports organisations in managing risks and driving improvements. To encourage interaction, students were invited to take part in a short activity where they answered questions about IIA Singapore and the work of internal auditors. Those who participated received a simple giveaway, adding a fun and memorable touch to their learning experience.
Events such as the CJC Career Fair provide a useful platform to introduce students to the internal audit profession and encourage them to explore it as a rewarding career option.
