Individual Membership

STEPS TO APPLY:

1. Prepare the required documents.

2. Create an Individual Member account on the IIA Singapore Member Portal. 

3. Upload all required documents onto the Member Portal. Applications will proceed only when all documents are received.

4. Complete the payment of the membership subscription fee. You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.

5. Reply to the Membership Team with two preferred dates for document verification via video-call.

6. Attend the scheduled video-call to present the documents for verification.

After the verification process is completed, your application will be reviewed by the Membership & Certification Committee. Upon approval, you will receive a unique Global Account Number (GAN) via email. Please use this GAN when registering for IIA Certification Programmes through the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All new applicants must submit the following:

• Resume – Including current and previous job scopes.
• Academic Certificate(s) – Certified true copies, endorsed by Head of Department (HOD) or company HR, or verified by IIA Singapore staff.
• Company Letter – On company letterhead, dated within three months prior to the membership application, stating employment start date and current job title.
• Singpass Authentication – To be completed during the application process.
• NRIC Consent Form (Click to download) – Not required if Singpass Authentication is completed.

Please save all documents files in PDF format. When uploading to the Member Portal, use short filenames such as Resume, Cert, Letter, or Consent.
 

Individuals transitioning from Corporate to Individual Membership should notify the Membership Team to facilitate the update and ensure a smooth transfer of membership status.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for Retired Membership:

1. Be at least 62 years old.
2. Not be in active employment and have an annual income not exceeding S$36,000.
    

If you are transitioning from Individual (Ordinary/Associate) or Corporate Membership to Retired Membership, please log in to the Member Portal and select Application for Reclassification.
