Synopsis
The evolving financial crime landscape demands robust and dynamic AML/CFT audit practices. In recognition of this, the industry-led Anti-Money Laundering Audit Peer Group (AAPG) was established in October 2022 to foster knowledge sharing, strengthen AML/CFT audit best practices, and enhance collaboration with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the broader audit community.
This webinar will explore key AML/CFT risk areas, regulatory expectations, and emerging trends impacting financial institutions. Audit professionals, compliance officers, and financial services stakeholders will gain valuable insights into how internal and external auditors can enhance their approach to AML/CFT audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen financial institutions’ defenses against money laundering and terrorism financing risks.

Radish Singh
ASEAN Financial Services Risk Management Leader, EY
Radish leads EY’s FSRM practice for ASEAN. She has over 26 years of experience as compliance and risk professional in financial services. She is an expert in financial crime compliance (FCC), regulatory compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud and data protection, conduct of business regulations. Prior to EY, she led Deloitte Southeast Asia’s FCC practice. Radish has previously worked as a regulator and held in-house compliance and risk roles with global institutions before embarking into consulting. She holds an LL.B with Honors and an MBA in Finance (UK). She is a CPA Australia member and holds memberships in BAFT Trade Committee Asia, and International advisory board member of London Institute of Banking and Finance. Radish is currently a member of the MAS led/ACIP initiatives on audit peer group, proliferation financing and digital assets. She was previously a member of the ACIP TBML working group.

5. Once payment is made, please print screen the transaction and email to events@iia.org.sg for our tracking purposes. Please include in your email the Event Code of each event when you are making payment of registration fees for multiple events in a single transaction.
