Synopsis
This webinar will take participants on a journey as to how a real-life bid-rigging case was discovered and exposed from an former internal auditor’s perspective. The case was successfully prosecuted by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS).
Participants will gain a clear understanding of what is bid rigging, how to detect and prevent it. Learn to identify red flags in procurement processes, implement effective detection techniques, and adopt best practices to ensure transparency and compliance in your organisations.
