Manager / Senior Manager, Internal Audit (IT)
Job description
Reporting to the Deputy Head of the Audit and Risk division, your key responsibilities would include the following:
- Undertake audit projects that meet department and other appropriate standards (e.g. IIA).
- Conduct risk assessments and audit on IT governance and compliance within required timeline.
- Establish risk-based audit programs and determine scope of review in conjunction with the Deputy Head and Head of Audit & Risk.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure audit work and other projects undertaken throughout the Organization provides appropriate assurance.
- Influence and facilitate changes to improve the controls environment to mitigate risks to an acceptable level.
- Work with the team to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders to help ensure the audit work carried out adequately addresses the key risks in the Organisation.
- Ensure management actions plans for control issues identified are followed-up in a timely manner.
- Provide advisory in IT security and system control during pre- and post-implementation.
- Prepare and assist with the preparation of appropriate Management and Audit Committee reporting requirements.
- Deliver ad-hoc projects which includes, but is not limited to investigations, policies and procedures, training, etc.
- Research and lead the continuous improvement of the audit standards, guidelines, expertise and methodology relevant to IT/cybersecurity audit (e.g. risk assessment methodology, audit processes/workflows, audit quality control etc.).
Job requirements
- Degree in Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or other related discipline.
- Preferably with professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM or CIA.
- Proficiency in using computer assisted audit tools such as IDEA and ACL.
- At least 6 years of IT/ cybersecurity audit experience in cyber assessment, network and infrastructure security, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security governance, risk and compliance.
- High degree of independence and maturity to take on challenging assignments.
- Sound project management capabilities to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Solid communication ability.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Outstanding relationship management capabilities, including dealing confidently with senior management and ability to influence them to drive change.

Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management
Job description
Reporting to the Deputy Head of the Audit and Risk team, you will drive all matters relating to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within the organization.
- Execute and ensure the successful delivery of ERM plans, and that department objectives are met.
- Lead and/or support all phases of the design and delivery of the overall ERM plan, including but not limited to risk identification, monitoring, and controlling activities that include threat scanning and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) reviews.
- Drive and provide support in activities that include but is not limited to risk identification, monitoring, and controlling activities such as threat scanning and KRIs reviews.
- Supervise and undertake ERM projects that meet organizational imperatives, departmental and other appropriate standards.
- Lead risk assessments of assigned department or functional areas according to timelines given.
- Lead and review risk management projects.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure audit work and other projects undertaken throughout the Organization provides appropriate assurance.
- Influence and facilitate changes to improve the controls environment to mitigate risks to an acceptable level.
- Work with the team to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders to help ensure the ERM plan carried out adequately addresses the key risks in the Organization.
- Work with the business to facilitate improvements in the controls environment to mitigate risks to an acceptable level.
- Advice, train, execute communication and outreach initiatives to nurture a culture focused on identifying and managing risks impacting the Organization’s ability to achieve its strategic and operational objectives.
- Perform secretariat role of the various Risk Committees.
- Research and lead the continuous improvement of the ERM practice standards, guidelines, expertise, and methodology.
- Prepare and assist with the appropriate Management and Audit & Risk Committee reporting.
Job requirements
- Strong risk management background, preferably with 15 years of relevant working experience in a team management role, from a related industry.
- Possess professional qualifications such as CRMA, CISA, CIA or COSO ERM certified.
- Able to work independently, as well as maintain seamless interactions with a various teams and business elements across the organization.
- Strong ethics and professional integrity with ability to demonstrate discretion, respect confidentiality and sensitivity of information.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on the details and see the ‘big picture’.
- Sound project management capabilities to organize, priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
- Ability to understand complex issues taking in the cross-organizational / cultural context.
- Outstanding relationship management capabilities, including dealing confidently with senior management and ability to influence them to drive change.
- Enthusiastic team player who takes a flexible and positive approach to work, adaptable to changes quickly, effective multi-tasker, including willingness to undertake some international business travel.
